Nothin on admin portal works for the profile for Nakeshia Mihalko

When editing webmail email contacts and successively exporting the contacts to an LDIF file, various field values become incorrectly mapped to LDIF attributes. Reference the attached word document for a much more detailed problem description. I reported this problem over a year ago and have never seen any resolution:(

I uploaded two photos twice and wanted to delete the duplicates (old 1 and old 2 as they appear in the gallery). When I try to delete the photos, they appear as grayed out (see screenshot), but they are not removed from the gallery. new 1 new 2 other photos other photos old 1 - want to delete old 2 - want to delete other photos other photos
