Several residents of mine have asked why they can’t print the res directory. A great idea!

We have to export and format content for our directory, which is designed to be in a 8.5 x 5.5 format. It is a truly painful process. I would like to have several common paper sizes to format the content into, with 1-2 column options, if we can get this feature. Also having the resident name be in bold would help. Here is a really low res example of our formatting.

Our printable directory, which I upload as a PDF to our website, includes both home phone and mobile phone.

It would be great if this new feature would allow us to import this information, otherwise, I will need to have residents update their member settings to add home numbers.

I have asked for this for years. Residents keep asking. Also, it should print looking nice. Current from Adm Side cuts off some entries in 2 pages. It looks bad to have address on one page and phone or email on another. Needs to look like a directory!

John Ruffin: The "Resident directory" page type is not currently printer-friendly, so a member wouldn't have the ability to print it. We're considering adding this capability, so I'll merge this request into our open one!

In the meantime, as an administrator, you can export the "Account view" under the "Members" section in the Admin Portal. Then, save that file as a PDF, which you can then upload to the website for members to view, download, and print.

I vote YES! There is so much busy work to export and then format into something printable for the neighbors. Please!
