Since this can be a sensitive action, we plan to implement an email notification for other admins if a community’s deposit account for online payments is changed.

Finally some acknowledgement that this is an issue! It would be even better to refine the "Payments" permission, separating creating new payment options and viewing payment history. Accountants/bookkeepers need to see payment history, but they shouldn't automatically have the ability to change payment options.

Meredith Owens Not sure that this is an issue that should be up to a vote. It's hard to see how this change would be harmful, and it's a super important control. Bank account changes are a common means of committing fraud (just Google it). I would think that HOA Express would do everything in its power to prevent it.
