It would be great to be able to add a URL in an FAQ anwer. For example a link to a document page or form.

I'm hoping to see Answers as part of a built-end drop-down element so that only the questions are viewable upon first navigating to the page. It's similar to the reasoning Torrey Whitman reported on 8/26/24.

I, too, support adding internal hyperlinks and formatting to FAQs. I find my FAQs are getting so long, they'll lead to IRAs (Infrequently Read Answers)!

Add the ability to format text (bold, underline, italics, etc.) and include links within the FAQ answers in order to emphasize words and link directly to other pages on the site or external links related to the FAQ answer provided.

I answer FAQs with website addresses and email addresses. These addresses are not active links, but instead, the member would need to copy and paste to access the sites/email. It sure would be better if the addresses were active links to make it more friendly. It would also be great to be able to format the FAQ answers for easier reading.

Currently there is no way to add a screen shot image in a FAQ which would be really helpful to the end user. Please add the ability to add a screen shot

Being able to use HTML or the markdown editor in the FAQ section would vastly improve the appearance and efficiency of many FAQs. As others have mentioned, simply adding a hyperlink could avoid redundancy of information.
Of course, I see this improvement has been floated since 2020, and it is now 2023 so I'm not holding my breath.

I have placed some "how to" steps on my FAQ page. But I would like to include an image of a screen shot to use with each FAQ. Is it possible to have this ability?

Yes, it would improve the usability of the FAQ page. I have grown accustomed to FAQs that use Google Docs.
