Although the survey results are anonymous, as a full admin, you can view the "Activity log" to see who responded to which survey and when. So, we'd like to see recipient options related to the survey(s) for the announcement emails (e.g., "Members/accounts who have not submitted a response to x survey" & "Members/accounts who have responded to x survey").

This would be similar to the choices available for payment options (see attached screenshot).
