Email recipient choices for has/hasn't responded to a survey

Although the survey results are anonymous, as a full admin, you can view the "Activity log" to see who responded to which survey and when. So, we'd like to see recipient options related to the survey(s) for the announcement emails (e.g., "Members/accounts who have not submitted a response to x survey" & "Members/accounts who have responded to x survey").
This would be similar to the choices available for payment options (see attached screenshot).

The system knows which members have responded to a survey. That is clear since it will not allow duplicate responses. It would be nice if there was a way to send blast reminders only to those eligible members that have not yet responded. I want to avoid email fatigue from sending out useless information to members that do not need it.

Upon admin request, the system would gather the information (emails or phone numbers) of those who have not responded to an active survey and allow the admin to send either an email or text to those people. The email or text will be sent through the communications page. This feature will not disclose how someone answered a survey only who has not answered.

I'd like to be able to send out an email to those who have yet to respond to a survey without having to send the follow up to everyone. I wish the email system was able to know who had already responded.

Allow Admins availability to see who has responded by specified timeframe so they can follow up with those who haven't. Not requesting changing anonymity of response just if they did the survey or not.

It would be extremely beneficial to clearly define members who have not responded to surveys on the “Home Page”. A clear, and prominent “Red Target” on the Home Page would be a great solution. Depressing the “Target” and taking the member to the survey(s) that they have not participated in would be great!

This would be a great addition. I’m currently running a survey where respondents got a reminder/follow up email to respond to the survey and it went to those folks who had already responded too. I received several inquiries as to why they got the email since they had already responded, even though I had put a message in the email that it had to go to everyone again. Fixing this so it would only go to those members who haven’t responded would eliminate the confusion.
