We would like to see an app developed from HOA Express. We believe this would create efficiency for our property manager because of what we would want to include. Some of those items would be: Sticker/Gate requests, reservations for campgrounds inside the poa, guest waivers, calendar events, voting for elections and issues, and maps. A mobile app for HOA Express on iOS and Android would be a huge improvement for many communities. Most homeowners primarily use their phones, and having a dedicated app would make it much easier to stay connected with HOA information.

Key features that would make a big difference:

Push notifications for announcements and important updates

Quick access to HOA documents, bylaws, and meeting minutes

Ability to submit maintenance requests with photos

Easy payment of dues and viewing account information

Community calendar and event reminders

Right now many residents rely on email or logging into the website, which isn’t always convenient on mobile. A simple app would make communication faster, improve engagement, and help homeowners stay informed without needing to check the website manually.

This would be a valuable feature for a lot of HOAs using the platform.

Is there a timeline for the mobile app? Community would use the blog features a lot more if it was in a mobile app vs mobile web browser.

My users are requesting a mobile app as well...

This would be a nice to have feature but not critical.

Possibly enabling browser alerts would accomplish a lightweight reuse of the browser to get push/alert notifications to a mobile device while still using the mobile-friendly website approach.
