We’re planning to offer admins the ability to automatically transfer/import email messages from an existing email account to an email account on HOA Express’s platform.

This would be useful for users who are recreating an email account on our platform and who want to retain a copy of all historical messages from the old email account.

It could also be used to archive or back up emails between email accounts on our platform, particularly if you’d like to delete emails from the main email account in order to save storage space.
