Over the weekend, when a blast text message was sent, many of the messages were being marked as spam by phone carriers.

It appears that phone carriers have blacklisted some toll-free phone numbers used by limited number of our communities, causing elevated rates of false positives for spam.
We’re working on decommissioning impacted numbers so that communities will be assigned a fresh number.
