Problems with LDIF exports and Editing Email Contacts

When editing webmail email contacts and successively exporting the contacts to an LDIF file, various field values become incorrectly mapped to LDIF attributes. Reference the attached word document for a much more detailed problem description. I reported this problem over a year ago and have never seen any resolution:(
