Photos not deleting from gallery

I uploaded two photos twice and wanted to delete the duplicates (old 1 and old 2 as they appear in the gallery). When I try to delete the photos, they appear as grayed out (see screenshot), but they are not removed from the gallery.

Meredith Owens, Yes, originally I did it from my MacBook, and today I tried it from my iPhone- same result.

Gina Arasin: Thank you for sharing! I apologize; I thought you were attempting to remove those photos from the Admin Portal.
When deleting images from the photo gallery on the community's website, after selecting the photos you want to delete, be sure to click the "Save" button at the bottom.

Gina Arasin: To help our team with recreating this, what operating system and browser are you using when this behavior occurs? Have you tried this using a different browser, as well?

Meredith Owens, Yesterday, I tried it from both Safari and Chrome. I just checked the gallery and all 4 are still there (I thought there might be a delay in the updating). I can try deleting the duplicates now if you like.

Meredith Owens, Same result from both Chrome and Safari. I also tried deleting another photo and that was just grayed out, too. The delete is not completing.
