Not able to continue in online payments setup process

When entering the country, community, and representative information, you were able to progress to the next step without issue. However, after entering the deposit account information (9-digit routing and 10-digit account numbers), the "Continue" button is unresponsive.
This behavior was experienced using Microsoft Edge on a Windows computer and Google Chrome on a MacBook.
