Emails to comcast.net SPAM

I've been using your email to manage emails to the board. Forwarding emails from board@lakearrowheadcondominium.com to each members personal account. Was working fine but last few weeks I've noticed they are all getting trapped as SPAM when sent to any email address at .comcast.net
This is a bit of a problem as the reliability is now in question.

We've reached out to our email account provider for assistance with looking into this.
Also, if the forwarded messages are being marked as spam, it’s could be due to the quality of the message being forwarded, not the forwarding itself. Therefore, we'd like to run a test.
I've sent an email to your board@lakearrowheadcondominium.com email address from my company email address. Please reply if that message is marked as spam by the Comcast email addresses!

It never occurred to me that our generic emails (board@, social@, etc.) would have the SPAM problem. Is there a way for me to check to see if ours are being flagged as spam?
This is a major problem with our regular email blasts and what's happening email, i.e., from blasts@ and no-reply@. We've often have problems with aol, yahoo, and msn. I monitor the blast communications stats and it's not easy to get our residents (over-55 community) to whitelist the email addresses.

Gina Arasin: We maintain incredibly high deliverability rates, making it unlikely that your email accounts are affected. However, if you have specific email addresses of concern, please contact our customer success team so we can investigate furhter!

Meredith Owens, I have a related question about email blast statistics.
I help another organization with their Mailchimp email blasts. I noticed a Mailchimp email statistics option that prompted a concern about HOA Express email blast open statistics.
Mailchimp's email open tracking is affected by Apple's Mail Privacy Protection (MPP), causing false open readings. Apple's MPP pre-fetches images, including tracking pixels, even if the email isn't opened, leading to inflated open rates. Mailchimp provides options to exclude MPP opens from reports, allowing for more accurate open data.
QUESTIONS: Does HOA Express include or exclude MPP opens from email blast open statistics?
Thanks,
Gina

Gina Arasin: That's a great question. The open tracking only provides an estimate, so we can't guarantee it always being 100% accurate. I'm afraid there is no way for any company sending emails to work around this limitation.
Apple and many other providers implement measures to prevent open tracking. In our reporting, we don’t exclude opens impacted by these privacy protection features.

I've also had it happen with aol.com email addresses.

Whenever I get notifications of HOA Express emails going to spam and then suppressed by the system, 99% are to a comcast.net account.
